All products are custom made after you have placed your order. Please note that products do not include hooks / carabiners or daisy chains / suspended ropes.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery to your nearest Postnet is R99-R200 depending on the weight of your order.
Pick up at no cost from Die Wilgers, Pretoria.

The supplier, Liani Austin @TherapyFactory, does not accept any liability for injury while using these products. Children must be supervised at all times and all equipment are used at own risk.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within seven days of receiving your order, when:

The product has been damaged or is defective.

The product is the incorrect size or specifications.
We will refund your purchase once we receive the item in a good, saleable condition. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You will receive a refund within 4-5 business days after we receive the item.
