It's time for some outdoor fun! My daughter so enjoyed this activity and had to listen actively to my verbal instructions in order to retain it. I only said the instruction once. She had to get various sized and texture objects in our garden such as “something soft, something shiny, something smooth etc.”
Little two-year-old brother had fun leisurely strolling with us and collecting his own leaves and "natury" objects.
To make it even more fun, I added the timer. My daughter then had to find specific items within a time constraint. She also wasn't allowed to repeat the same item.
