My two-year-old helped to fish out a few brainy blocks which my daughter placed onto the picture.
I put about a cup full of corn starch and poured some water over it. You can add more or less, and even food colouring. The question to ask your child is "Is corn flour a solid or a liquid?" Show them how it settles back to goo after a while.
